adequate stay with some drawbacks
small room insufficient water pressure
the room felt smaller than anticipated i found maneuvering around with luggage difficult the shower's water pressure was insufficient i also noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures the parking situation was less than ideal the narrow streets made access challenging

romantic getaway
historical architecture interior patios thoughtful gesture walkable location
the hotel boasts well kept historical architecture.. the interior patios were nicely decorated, a tender sight. i found water in the room as a gift, a thoughtful gesture. the location allowed us to walk to important sites.
The heating did not work very well. The room felt a little cold. it could have been warmer to feel completely comfortable. otherwise, the hotel was perfect.

The room was clean and overlooked the building's beautiful quad. the bathroom offered ample space and cleanliness. It was perfectly maintained and romantic. fluffy towels completed the experience.

the hotel had underground parking available for 22 euros per night, very convenient. the building itself is a historical structure, well-kept and beautiful. i appreciated the blend of old-world charm and modern amenities.

the buffet breakfast had a correct and sufficient spread. the hotel sets tables rather than requiring self-service. this detail created a refined and relaxed atmosphere.

quiet area helpful staff good breakfast
the hotel is centrally located in a quiet area. staff at reception were helpful during the semana santa festival period. the breakfast offered a good choice though it was a little repetitive.
The car park is very tight. It might not suit larger cars, the rooms are basic, and views are nonexistent

Absolutely SUPERB stay!
comfortable beds soft towels helpful staff ceramic tiles
I found comfortable beds. The towels were ultra soft and white. The staff seemed wonderful, they all helped me with everything! The hotel is beautifully decorated. I loved the ceramic tiles.
I think the fridge in my room was a LITTLE bit broken, but it wasn't a huge deal.

My room was very clean. The room was also spacious, and it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and ensured restful nights.

The hotel offered a generous breakfast. Isabel and her team in the breakfast room kept everything very organized. I could get coffee and tea ANY time, since they were available 24/7.

friendly staff useful advice building interior beautiful detail
the staff were very friendly and helpful . i received useful advice about local restaurants and attractions. they assisted with retrieving a bag i left in a taxi they contacted the taxi driver who returned the bag quickly. the building interior had beautiful details i enjoyed.
the breakfast selection could be improved as the variety felt limited. some items seemed to lack freshness this small issue did not significantly affect my overall positive experience.

great location spanish ambiance helpful staff room hygiene air conditioner bed bugs
the hotel has a great location in the city centre. i could easily walk to shopping areas, restaurants, and churches. the traditional spanish ambiance of the hotel was appealing. friendly staff provided helpful service.
i woke up with a rash on my arm. it reminded me of i might have been bed bugs. the room did not seem very hygienic. the air conditioner was unable to cool down the room properly.
